2. SF-182 Training Request
Typically 3 to 5 business days through your approval chain.
- Download our SF-182 assistance guide. It walks you through every block, including our vendor details.
- Email us for a quote and invoice at info@ftcg.io.
- Route it through your training office for signature.
- Have your KO or supply office reach out to us for payment.
- Provide us with your approved roster of names.
3. Purchase Order / Invoice
Typically 1 to 3 weeks, driven by your contracting office.

- We return a quote the same business day.
- Your KO issues the PO. FAR Part 12/13 commercial item, firm fixed price.
- Your KO contacts us for purchase order payment.

Securely provide us with your roster of names, and we will onboard you within 24 hours.

Send your roster via DoD SAFE
Our team sends you a blank roster template. Fill it in with your names and upload it to DoD SAFE, and we download it from there. Your roster never travels over unsecured email.

Onboarding within 24 hours
Our automated system provisions every account and sends each student their welcome email within 24 hours.

Unit-tagged progress reporting (optional)
Every student is tagged to your unit, so progress reporting is available if you want it.

Completion certificates are issued automatically for each student that completes the training. No administrative overhead needed from your team!
Most Common Questions (FAQ)
Do I have to provide all 100 names at once?
No. You can assign your licenses at any point throughout your one-year timeline. You can send us 20 names once you sign the contract, and an additional 80 names later.
This is especially useful during PCS season: assign licenses to the team you have now, and hold the rest for new arrivals as they rotate in.
Can I transfer licenses among different service members?
No. Once you assign a license to a service member it is assigned to them for the entirety of the one-year commitment. If you wish to add different service members, you can purchase additional licenses.
