Training & Methodology

4 questions

01

What is EMEAT and who is it for?

EMEAT stands for Executive Military Enablement of AI Training. It's a comprehensive AI training program designed specifically for U.S. military members of all branches and government employees at every level. EMEAT v3 teaches practical, tool-agnostic AI skills using military doctrine and warfighting concepts your team already knows.

02

Do participants need a technical background?

No. EMEAT is designed for leaders and operators, not data scientists. The curriculum starts at Level 1 (Awareness) and progresses through practical application. We use FTCG's Translation Layer to map AI concepts to military frameworks like SMEAC, OODA Loops, and Commander's Intent, making AI intuitive for non-technical audiences.

03

What makes FTCG different from other AI training providers?

Most AI training falls into two failing buckets: vendor-specific 'clickology' that becomes obsolete when tools update, or academic computer science taught by civilians without military experience. FTCG occupies the middle ground with tool-agnostic, doctrine-driven training taught by a former Marine Cyber Operations Officer (CWO2) who also spent 11 years as a civilian tech executive including Google Cloud.

04

How is training effectiveness measured?

FTCG uses the proprietary Pyramid of Learning, an 8-level measurement framework. Students complete pre- and post-training assessments that measure progression across three zones: Familiarity (Levels 1-3), Capability (Levels 4-6), and Command (Levels 7-8). Current results: 4.86/5 CSAT across 1,200+ trained personnel, NPS of +100, and documented workflow adoption persisting 30+ days post-training.

Delivery & Formats

3 questions

01

What delivery formats are available?

FTCG offers three delivery models: In-Person training (1-day or 3-day programs delivered at your facility), Virtual training (live, instructor-led via secure commercial platforms with 30-day recording access), and Self-Paced training (on-demand access to 8 learning paths, 116 lessons, 25+ exercises, and 8+ hours of video). A Hybrid Bundle combines in-person with 12 months of self-paced access.

02

Can training be customized for our organization?

Yes. In-person and virtual programs are customized to your specific operational needs, mission sets, and security environment. FTCG instructors travel to your facility and adapt scenarios to your unit's workflows and challenges. The self-paced platform provides standardized content across all learning paths.

03

How current is the training content?

EMEAT v3 launched January 2, 2026 and is refreshed quarterly (previously semi-annually) to match the rapid pace of AI evolution. The current version includes integration with DoW GenAI.mil guidance, NIPRGPT, CamoGPT, and other tools currently deployed across the Department of Warfighting. Self-paced subscribers receive all content updates automatically.

Procurement & Pricing

2 questions

01

How do we procure FTCG training?

FTCG supports multiple government procurement pathways: Government Purchase Card (GPC) for purchases under the micropurchase threshold, SF-182 training requests, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Other Transaction Authority (OTA) through the CMG/C5 consortium, and 8(a) subcontracting through partner firms. FTCG is an SBA-certified SDVOSB (CAGE: 135E8), eligible for sole source awards under FAR 19.1406.

02

What is the pricing structure?

In-Person training is $2,500 per seat (minimum 20 seats). Virtual training is $2,300 per seat (minimum 20 seats). Self-Paced individual access keys are $295 per user per year for government/military, with volume packages: Squad Pack (50 keys, $14,750, under GPC threshold), Platoon Pack (100 keys, $24,900, 16% savings), and Company Pack (2,000 keys, $348,000, 41% savings). All pricing is Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

Instructor & Credentials

3 questions

01

Who teaches the training?

Kyle 'KMo' Moschetto, FTCG's founder and lead instructor. Kyle served 12 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Cyber Network Operations Officer (0650, CWO2) with a TS/SCI clearance, CISSP, and 3 combat deployments (Iraq, Afghanistan, Philippines). After transitioning, he spent 11 years in the civilian tech sector including roles at Google Cloud and as Chief Strategy Officer where he drove an 8x increase in services revenue. He co-hosts The Phoenix Cast podcast with active-duty Marine Colonels.

02

What compliance standards does FTCG meet?

FTCG maintains CMMC Level 2 (self-assessed) aligned to NIST SP 800-171, Section 508/WCAG 2.0 AA compliance for all training materials, and operates in alignment with FAR/DFARS requirements. All endpoints are protected with CrowdStrike and full-disk encryption. Google Workspace SSO with MFA is enforced for all team accounts.

03

Does FTCG handle classified or CUI material?

FTCG training content is unclassified. All training materials, platforms, and communications operate at the unclassified level. The instructor holds TS/SCI eligibility and FTCG maintains CMMC Level 2 alignment, but the training itself does not involve classified or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
