The Shift

Most AI training today teaches people how to prompt a chatbot. That is table stakes now.

The next generation of capability is agentic tools that can read files, write code, browse the web, and execute multi-step tasks on a user's computer with commander's intent. Leaders who only know how to prompt are bringing a knife to a gunfight, and our adversaries are moving fast in this space.
